Shipping Policy for Print on Demand (POD) Sales
At Dopamine Hits, we're committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products. As a Print on Demand (POD) store, we work with suppliers in Canada, the USA, and other parts of the world, allowing us to offer a wide range of unique, customized items.
1. Processing Time
Most items are processed within 1-3 business days. For items that require customization, such as print & sew products, processing may take longer. Please check the product description for specific details.
2. Shipping Duration
We currently ship only to Canada and the USA. Shipping times vary by location and can range from 3 to 14 business days. Domestic orders are usually faster, while international orders may take longer due to customs.
Factors that may impact shipping:
- Location: Domestic orders tend to arrive sooner than international ones.
- Unexpected Events: World events, such as weather disruptions, pandemics, and other global challenges, may cause delays beyond our control.
We strive to minimize delays, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. During peak seasons, we recommend ordering early.
3. Tracking Information
We’ll provide tracking details via email as soon as they’re available from our suppliers. While most orders come with tracking, some may not, depending on the shipping provider and destination.
4. Multiple Items & Separate Shipments
Items from different suppliers may arrive separately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

We currently offer Free Shipping within Canada and the USA.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the USA.
