Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the USA. We are not responsible for any Duty or Tariffs that may be charged when your order arrives in your country. Please be aware of the individual rules for your country.
At Dopamine Hits, we work with specialized global printing and design partners to bring you a unique, curated catalog. Because your orders are immediately routed to custom production facilities, all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items: We fully back our quality! If an item arrives broken, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will rush you a replacement free of charge.
Size & Fit, Change of Mind, or Expectations: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if an item doesn't fit, if you change your mind, or if it doesn't meet personal expectations.
Please review all product images, dimensions, and sizing charts carefully before purchasing. For items sourced through our global catalog, a mandatory agreement checkbox must be checked prior to adding items to your cart to confirm your selection.
Dopamine Hits is a small Canadian business. Under Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) small supplier guidelines, we are exempt from collecting federal GST/HST or provincial sales taxes on our sales. Therefore, no tax will be added to your cart at checkout.
⚠️ Cross-Border Trade & Customs Notice: Because we partner with specialized global design and print suppliers, your items may route directly from international facilities (including our US and China hubs). Due to ongoing global trade dynamics and stricter border customs measures, international shipments are frequently subject to local import duties, regional custom handling fees, or carrier processing tariffs upon entering your country.
Who Pays? These entry fees are determined strictly by border authorities and your local postal network (like Canada Post or DHL) at the time of processing. They are entirely outside our storefront's control and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly encourage checking your local import policies before finalizing your purchase.
Subscribe to our emails. We promise, we won't bother you too much.
